Don't expect much from this crammed, unspacious mall. What shops offer are over-priced for their quality. The image that the mall is trying to bring out is good, but staff are not trained enough to reflect that image. It is interesting…

Based on what I've seen, I often wonder if Galleria shoppers and staff love abuse. They seem to live by the creed "T'is better to GIVE than to receive." On more visits than not, I've seen fur coats with unattainable expectations loudly…
